Who we are

WA is independently owned and run by the partners who are a visible voice that drives the direction of business forward. We lead and inspire our teams to think differently and encourage collaborative working.

Our diverse, high quality client base provides the opportunity to work at the forefront of business issues and important policy changes. What we do has true, real world impact.

We are committed to getting the best out of our people and seeing them thrive. We have professional development at all levels underpinned by a culture of honest, constructive feedback and continuous investment in coaching and training.

You’ll work with talented, likeable consultants, who see themselves as an extension of the clients’ team.

We are a team focused on outcomes, not the transaction. If you are driven by a desire to deliver outstanding results for clients, have a passion for intellectual curiosity and love to work on interesting, complex business challenges, we would love to hear from you.

What makes them a stand-out consultancy is their “people first” approach. From the lack of a gender pay gap to the enhanced maternity and paternity leave, their commitment to ethnic diversity, solid training package and increase in staff salaries, WA Communications talks the talk and walks the walk. It is rare to see a company invest so heavily back into its staff and the benefits show.

Benefits and feel good rewards

We look after our people well. Your wellbeing matters. After all, if we don’t support you in getting the work-life balance nailed, you won’t be able to perform at your best for your colleagues and clients.

That’s why we offer flexible working including a core hours policy and the opportunity for everyone to work from home under our hybrid working policy. There’s a generous holiday allowance: 25 days as standard, an extra day for your birthday, discretionary days between Christmas and New Year’s, plus additional annual leave once you have been with us for two years.

We also offer subsidised gym membership and a cycle to work scheme.

Our bonus scheme is among the best in the industry and other attractive benefits include an excellent pension scheme, private health insurance and interest-free travel loans.

We value our friendly office atmosphere and actively encourage a collaborative approach. To deliver the outcomes our clients need we create bespoke teams for every brief. This translates into a world of opportunity and variety for our people.
