Thea Southwell Reeves

Thea joins WA as an Account Director specialising in political risk. Bringing her passion for public policy research, she works with the Investor Services team to deliver insightful political due diligence and policy risk analysis for clients.

She has a wealth of experience in policy research and joins us from Parliament, where she spent over five years helping Conservative MPs to navigate education, welfare and equalities policy throughout several rounds of Brexit negotiations, the 2017 and 2019 elections, and the pandemic. Prior to that, Thea worked in financial services consultancy providing strategic health and benefits advice to corporate clients.

Outside of work, much of Thea’s time these days is spent chasing her energetic toddler, but when it’s not, you’ll find her hiking some of the UK’s finest long-distance trails, on her yoga mat or exploring the countryside in her campervan!
