Lowri joined WA’s Health Team as an Account Executive in 2023 after graduating from King’s College London with a bachelor’s degree in Global Health and Social Medicine. Studying during the COVID-19 pandemic, Lowri’s academic focus included examining both the macro and micro social determinants of health, as well as the implications of an ageing population for health systems.
Prior to joining WA, Lowri worked with the women and children’s centre in Calais, helping to secure temporary accommodation and essential provisions for displaced families at the border. She has also previously worked with Citizens Advice as a gateway advisor and research team member, ensuring that clients had the necessary resources to address their issue, and that concerns were being brought to the attention of local government.
Outside of the 9 to 5, Lowri can be found scouring the internet for budget-friendly flights, advocating for karaoke nights, or working through her extensive list of recommended London restaurants.
