Catrin Hughes has worked in health and life sciences policy and public affairs for seven and a half years. She has extensive expertise in influencing change on public health issues including asthma, cancer and sexual and reproductive health.
Catrin started her career in agency, where she spent five years working with Industry clients to achieve their policy goals at both UK and international levels via integrated campaigns.
In 2021, she moved to the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, a UK professional body, where for two and a half years she led the work of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health in UK Parliament and helped to deliver key policy changes in women’s reproductive healthcare.
Catrin joined WA following a short career break to travel in South America. Outside of work, she spends a lot of time running or walking her whippet Diego.
