Before joining WA Communications as an Account Executive in Health, Amanda recently completed her master’s degree in Public Policy from King’s College London. She had also previously graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a bachelor’s degree in History. Amanda’s academic specialisms were on UK Government policy regarding international relations, health, migration, and climate.
Alongside her studies and work, Amanda is a volunteer Policy Advisor for a student mental health charity. Her experience writing policies to help students cemented her interests in health, and policy. She also volunteered overseas in Nepal, where she developed community projects geared towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Amanda also has freelance journalism experience writing articles for an international development charity.
Outside of work, Amanda is a keen runner, enjoys yoga, visiting museums, and going to the pub with friends.
