Senior Marketing Executive

We want to shout about our work and showcase life at WA with the same energy and rigour that we apply to our client campaigns.

So we’re hiring our first dedicated marketing professional, to manage every aspect of our agency marketing activity, and ensure we stand out as one of the UK’s leading communications consultancies.

Our Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for coordinating our thought leadership, WA’s website and social channels, our regular programme of events, award entries and PR, key partnerships and networks, new business materials, and our employee brand.

You’ll be working with colleagues at every level, to help us deliver our ambitious plans for growth, and help us attract the very best talent.

It’s an ideal role for an experienced Marketing Executive looking for a next step where they can personally shape, manage, and deliver a busy marketing calendar.

Get in touch if you:

  • Have the organisational and internal relationship building skills to design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan across a multi-practice business
  • Understand the ingredients of successful corporate events, from invitation list management, to first-class production values, and effective follow-up
  • Can create high-quality digital, email, and social campaigns (video production experience would be an advantage)
  • Are adept at writing engaging copy, including winning award entries, compelling trade PR, and engaging case studies
  • Enjoy building partnerships and networks that help us reach new audiences
  • Know how to track and analyse the effectiveness of different types of marketing activity, to continually refine our content and targeting (previous experience using Salesforce would be an advantage).

Experience working in a fast-paced agency or similar environment would be advantageous. An understanding of any of WA’s specialisms (Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Heath, Investor Services, Research, and Creative Services) would be particularly beneficial.

The deadline for applications is 22nd April.
