Global Outsourcer

We provided political due diligence on the sale of a leading global outsourcing company facing complex policy and regulatory challenges across its main areas of service delivery. Growing political scrutiny of the asset’s sector meant a thorough political due diligence project was required.

We interviewed a total of 35 senior policymakers and influencers for the report, across the UK and internationally. This included APPG Chairs, journalists, industry groups, Directors of Public Health and Justice.

Interviews with carefully chosen individuals at the heart of decision making on conveyancing policy and regulation uncovered information with significant consequences for the outlook of the business that would have otherwise not have been known.

To support these findings, we then created a bespoke support plan to help the business navigate these changes in its commercial environment and adapt to a new policy approach by government.
