Monica Davison
Associate Director
Monica brings her passion for systems thinking, patient-centred design and political insight to clients across the healthcare market. She is a trained public health professional with a strong understanding of the structure and priorities of the health system, blending evidence and insight to produce meaningful commercial results.
Monica has over a decade of public health, communications and policy expertise and joined WA from the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities. She provides senior counsel and insight to WA’s health clients.
Earlier in her career, Monica led multiple multi-million-pound health programmes across the UK and internationally. As a result, she has a strong network of stakeholders and has expertise in health inequalities and the nuances of the system.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys trying new food, long walks outdoors and approaching life with a sense of playful curiosity.
