Ian leads WA’s day-to-day operations, finances and development and is one of the company’s foundational directors.
An experienced public affairs practitioner who was previously WA’s Head of Health, he is fascinated by the interactions between government, business and communications. Ian now focuses on ensuring WA consistently achieves excellence in all areas of performance, for both clients and employees. He thrives on getting the best out of people and coordinates the company’s talent management, professional development and wellbeing programs.
