Emeka is a highly skilled political and communications consultant who specialises in using creative methods to tell powerful stories and solve complex policy and regulatory challenges. He joined WA Communications as an Account Manager in February 2021.
Emeka previously worked for the UK’s largest children’s charity, Barnardo’s, and for consulting agency Teneo, representing FTSE 100 companies and top brands across retail, hospitality, technology and healthcare. He has also worked in Parliament as a Researcher, in local government as a Policy Advisor, and as Co-Founder at a technology startup.
He holds a degree in Politics and a master’s in Social Anthropology and International Development from Birkbeck, University of London.
Outside of work, Emeka is a Trustee for Room to Heal, a charity supporting refugees and asylum seekers in the UK. He is also an Organiser at Charity So White, a grassroots campaign group led by people of colour working to end structural racism in the charity sector.
